The location of the hotel by the lake was absolutely stunning. I was able to enjoy beautiful views of the lake and the nearby recreational park. the front desk personnel were excellent in their service, and I was impressed with their ability to communicate in English.
I noticed that some of the fruit on the fruit plate in my room had already gone rotten, and there was still tea leaves in a cup from the previous occupants.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The room was spacious and had excellent facilities, making it perfect for a family stay. The hotel also had a great swimming pool, which was a huge plus. The staff were extremely helpful and provided good room service. The location by the lake was stunning, offering beautiful views throughout my stay. Additionally, the hotel offered a great deal for the Lake-View Room, including free swimming for two people and a complimentary breakfast for one person.

We had a luxurious stay at this stunning hotel, which fulfilled all our exclusive amenities needs. the room was equipped with state, of, the, art facilities and we were pleased with the personalized service. the Spa & wellness centre was phenomenal and the indoor swimming pool was divine. the garden area was picturesque and relaxing.
this did not detract from the overall wonderful experience.

The hotel is stunning, situated by a beautiful lake and with an amazing view of the recreational park. the architectural design is impressive, giving a sense of elegant sophistication. the rooms are spacious and well-equipped, with a tub and clean facilities. the front desk staff speaks English, and they were helpful with excellent service. the hotel offers a complimentary breakfast, which is a great way to start the day.
There were some minor issues that I didn't enjoy. the air conditioning was poor, and the room was hot.

Spent a great New Year holiday at this hotel! The lake view was breathtaking and the room was spacious and clean. The staff was friendly and helpful, always going the extra mile to make our stay comfortable. We also enjoyed the free swimming pool and breakfast, which was a nice touch.
The air conditioning was not up to par and the room was quite warm at times. We had to constantly adjust it to stay cool.
